Net Worth is over $1 million, excluding primary residence – can be individually or with a spouse.
Documentation requirements are listed below.
Income over $200,000 (individually) or $300,000 (with spouse or partner) in each of the prior
two years, and reasonably expect the same for the current year.
Provide a letter dated within the last 90 days from a third-party licensed Attorney, a CPA or an
SEC-registered investment adviser, or Broker-Dealer certifying that you are accredited. Capital
