MEET THE MANAGER

Alex Bogumil | Managing Partner

Mr. Alex Bogumil is the Managing Partner of Capital Fundings, LLC, the Manager for Capital Fundings Mortgage Fund I. Mr. Bogumil has originated over $130 million in mortgages for Capital Fundings, LLC and currently services approximately $40 million in mortgages. He has participated in over 50 single family real estate investment projects and has bought and sold over 300 investment properties.

Prior to his Real Estate experience, Mr. Bogumil was a Senior Treasury Analyst for WFS Financial, overseeing the Asset-Backed Securitization of Auto Loan Receivables. He also worked as a Quantitative Analyst for Deutsche Bank, modeling MBS and CMBS offerings. Mr. Bogumil has worked as a Financial Analyst for CNL American Properties Fund, a publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trust.

Mr. Bogumil is currently licensed as a Mortgage Loan Originator and Realtor. Mr. Bogumil received his degree in Finance from The University of Central Florida.

Walter Bogumil, III | Partner

Mr. Walter Bogumil, III serves as Chief Financial Officer of Concert Golf Partners. Prior to joining Concert Golf Partners, Mr. Bogumil successfully led the turnaround of SeaWorld Entertainment as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Strategy Officer. Before joining SeaWorld Entertainment, Mr. Bogumil led the turnaround of Affinity Gaming as Interim Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer. He has also held previous roles in the casino, internet, resort, and theme park industries at Penn National Gaming, Microsoft, The Atlantis Paradise Island, and Walt Disney World.

Mr. Bogumil holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Central Florida and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Rollins College.

Gourav Mukherjee | Partner

Mr. Gourav Mukherjee has over 20 years of experience purchasing, renovating, and managing distressed single and multi-family real estate investments. He has underwritten and funded over $100 million in mortgages for his family office lending operations. Mr. Mukherjee currently owns and manages a 300-plus unit rental portfolio located in the Central Florida area. He has previous roles as a Partner in the Staffing, Recruiting, and IT industries at Vaco and Immersion Security.

Mr. Mukherjee holds a Master’s degree of Engineering in Logistics and Supply Chain from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a Juris Doctor degree and International Law Certificate from Florida State University, and a Bachelor’s degree of Science in Systems Analysis from the University of Miami. He is currently a Certified Information Systems Security Professional, a Certified Information Systems Auditor, and a Certified Risk and Information Systems Control through the Information Systems Audit and Control Association.

Mark Brown | Partner

Mr. Mark Brown is a Real Estate Broker/Managing Partner of Home Pro Realty and a Partner in Capital Fundings, LLC. He manages the acquisition, property management, and disposition of several Buy, Fix, and Sell projects each month. Prior to his current position, Mr. Brown was the Broker for RealNet of Central Florida and the Manager of Security Mortgage for over 10 years where he was responsible for a team of up to 20 associates who bought and sold real estate investment properties. Prior to his real estate experience, Mr. Brown worked at Prudential Securities.

Mr. Brown currently holds a Real Estate Brokers License and received a Bachelor’s in Finance/Marketing from University of Central Florida.

Constantine Blinkov | Senior Partner and Head of Investor Relations

Mr. Constantine Blinkov brings over 20 years of alternative investment industry experience to Capital Fundings Mortgage Fund I.

Previously, Mr. Blinkov served as Sr. Vice President of Financial Operations for Triloma Securities where he oversaw operational and investment activities of the Broker Dealer. Prior to his Independent Broker Dealer experience, Mr. Blinkov served in a consulting role with IBM Global Services, specializing in the Financial Markets industry.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Blinkov held various roles within the CNL family of companies, from a Sr. Financial Analyst to a Director of Operations. While at CNL, he was in charge or a variety of functions – from market research and new product development, to overseeing Broker Dealer operations. Mr. Blinkov received his Finance degree from the Kharkov University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Rollins College.
